Here you will find our returns policy
It is the Retailer’s responsibility to deal with any returns and/or warranty claims. Any package that is obviously damaged upon delivery should be refused by the End Customer. The Supplier will then arrange a redelivery at the Supplier’s cost.
It is the Retailer’s responsibility to provide the correct address. The Supplier will charge the Retailer for any and all fees incurred if a wrong address is provided. If the house number is not included or a wrong postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re‐shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge added to the Retailer’s account.
The Supplier is responsible or liable for the Products provided to the End Customer. If the End Customer has issues with the Products, which the After Sales services provided by the Retailer cannot rectify, the Supplier will provide further assistance to deal with the issues. The Retailer must handle all returns/exchanges/warranty claims. The Supplier will not handle any returns/exchanges/warranty claims for any drop ship made directly to End Customers. The Retailer will arrange for the return of the goods to the Supplier.
